NEW CITY BUFFET

Newly opened earlier this year, New City Buffet was taken over by Ching Tse, who had owned another restaurant, which was honored Top 100 Local Favorites last year. And this year, he is starting a new journey. It is full of challenges, but Mr. Tse often smiles in face of challenges.

The 6000-feet restaurant has been cleaned and renovated to ensure customers have a cozy dining atmosphere and staffs a fine working condition. New City adds Spanish cuisine to its menu, apart from Americanized Chinese cuisine and sushi offered in the former restaurant. Each dish is out of special preparation and well-received with its distinctive flavor. That explains why the restaurant has become more and more popular despite its short term since opening. Among the dazzling items on the buffet bars, some of them have become the must-order ones. Sesame Chicken, House Special Sushi, Mapo Tofu, Hunan Tripe, Seafood Delight, Beef Lo Mein and Hunan Pork are just a glance of the vast varieties. 

Before Mr. Tse took over New City, it was about to go bankrupt, but he is confident that he can make the restaurant a success in the near future. Under his management, New City Buffet will absolutely take on a new look to customers. It will give customers an unforgettable experience.
